One of the highlights of the Symposium is the World Championship Chuckwagon
Competition with prizes totaling $12,000. Competitors are judged not only on their mouth-watering food, but on the authenticity of their wagons and attire.
Schedule: The Cookoff Competition will be judged Sat. at noon. Dinner for ticket
holders follows.
3rd Annual Real Cowboy Biscuits & Gravy Competition
Wagons serving breakfast on Sunday Oct. 11 compete for $1500 in prize money.
